Ingredients

  • - Bell Peppers
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
  • 50 g Honey
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture: Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels, place a heavy object (like a skillet) on top, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Set this sauce aside.
  4. 4. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to medium and add the prepared sauce to the skillet. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly.
  7. 7. Add 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers and 1/2 cup sliced zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  8. 8. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) over the stir-fry. Stir to combine.
  9. 9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
  10. 10. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
