Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 450 g Fire Kimchi
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100 g Garlic
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 cup of finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Add 1 cup of diced tofu and cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 1 cup of kimchi (chopped into bite-sized pieces) and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add 2 cups of cooked rice (preferably day-old) to the skillet and mix well, breaking up any clumps.
- 6. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the rice mixture, and stir to combine.
- 7. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and crack 2 eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them into the rice.
- 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions and 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds before serving.
