Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 250 g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 200 g Table Salt
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 G Sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with 2 tablespoons of Ching's Secret Dark Soy Sauce, 2 finely minced cloves of Garlic, 1 tablespoon of grated Ginger, a sprinkle of Keya Paprika, Keya Table Salt, a pinch of MDH Black Pepper Powder, and half a cup of Samrat Refined MP Wheat Flour. Mix well until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 2. Beat 2 Yojana Poultry White Power Eggs and add them to the beef mixture. Mix again until the egg is fully incorporated into the meatball mixture. This will help bind the ingredients together.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and set them aside on a plate.
- 4. Heat 3 tablespoons of KLF Tilnad Sesame Oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and fully cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- 5. While the meatballs are cooking, in a separate small bowl, prepare the teriyaki sauce by mixing together 2 tablespoons of Ching's Secret Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, and 1 tablespoon of Weikfield Cornflour mixed with a little water to dissolve.
- 6. Once the meatballs are cooked, pour the prepared Teriyaki sauce over them in the pan. Stir to coat the meatballs evenly and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 7. Transfer the glazed meatballs to a serving platter. Garnish with finely sliced Spring Onions and toasted Till White for extra flavor and presentation.
- 8. Serve the Teriyaki Meatball Platter hot, with your choice of sides, such as steamed rice or fresh salad.
