- 1 Kg Indian Salmon (Rawas) Fish
- 50 g Honey
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Rice Vinegar
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 100 g Til
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry using a kitchen towel. Set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili flakes, and black pepper to create the teriyaki glaze.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 4. Pour the prepared teriyaki glaze over the salmon fillets and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the glazed salmon and remove from heat.
- 5. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 6. In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil and stir-fry chopped bell peppers, cabbage, and zucchini for 5-6 minutes until tender but slightly crisp.
- 7. Plate the steamed rice, place the glazed salmon on top, and serve alongside stir-fried vegetables. Garnish with chopped spring onion for a fresh finish.
