Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Edamame
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Til
- - Rice Vinegar
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the edamame by steaming or boiling them until tender, then set aside to cool.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, hing, salt, and black pepper to create the sesame dressing.
- 3. Prepare the vegetables by julienning the cucumber, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into thin strips for easy wrapping.
- 4. Fill a shallow plate with warm water and dip one rice paper sheet in it for 5-10 seconds until soft and pliable, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
- 5. Place a small amount of edamame, julienned vegetables, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds in the center of the softened rice paper. Add a drizzle of the sesame dressing on top.
- 6. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and fillings.
