- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Star Anise
- loose Ginger
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- - Rock Salt
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water to remove bitterness, then drain well.
- 2. In a saucepan, add quinoa, 300 ml water, and a pinch of rock salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the star anise for a fragrant base.
- 4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
- 5. Sprinkle the ginger powder, buknu spice blend, and chilli pepper over the vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- 6. Pour soy sauce into the skillet and mix well, letting the sauce coat the vegetables thoroughly.
