  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 100 g Til
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 50 g Honey
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1pc Avocado
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Pat the tuna steaks dry with a paper towel and lightly season them with salt. Coat the tuna evenly with sesame seeds, pressing gently to ensure they stick.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, ensuring the interior remains rare. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red chili flakes, and the remaining sesame oil to prepare the dressing. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber slices, avocado slices, and green chili. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, tossing gently to coat.
  5. 5. Arrange the salad on a serving platter. Top with the sliced tuna and drizzle the soy dressing over the salad.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately for a fresh and flavorful dish.
