  • Pack of 10 Yaki Sushi Nori Seaweed Sheet
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 100 g Til
  • 80 g Soya Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool slightly. Mix in the rice vinegar, sesame oil, and asafoetida, ensuring the rice is evenly seasoned.
  2. 2. Prepare the fillings by julienning the cucumber and bell pepper into thin strips. Keep them aside for easy assembly.
  3. 3. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down. Spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch gap at the top edge.
  4. 4. Arrange the cucumber and bell pepper strips horizontally across the center of the rice layer. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the fillings.
  5. 5. Carefully roll the nori from the bottom edge using the bamboo mat, pressing gently to create a tight roll. Seal the top edge with a bit of water to close the roll securely.
  6. 6. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into bite-sized pieces. Wipe the knife with a damp cloth between cuts to maintain clean edges.
  7. 7. Serve the sushi rolls with soy sauce and a sugar-free sweetener-based dipping sauce for added flavor.
