Ingredients

  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 236 ml Maple Syrup
  • 250 g Jasmine Rice
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1pc Avocado
  • 100 g Til
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder

  1. 1. Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together white miso paste, tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and asafetida to create a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb flavors.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of neutral oil. Fry the marinated tofu cubes for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
