  • 1 Kg Small Indian Salmon
  • 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
  • 50 g Honey
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 500g Sushi Rice - Tasty & Healthy, Product Of Japan
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 400 G Pickled Raddish Kyushunousan Takuan
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 100 g Til
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • Pack of 10 Yaki Sushi Nori Seaweed Sheet
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 500 G Cooking Sauce Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • - Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Sriracha Extra Hot Chilli Sauce 430ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the miso glaze by mixing miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Brush the salmon fillet with the miso glaze and let it marinate for 15 minutes while you prepare other ingredients.
  3. 3. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled texture, then transfer to cold water, peel, and set aside.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and sear the marinated salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and caramelized. Remove from heat and let rest.
