- 1 Kg Small Indian Salmon
- 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
- 50 g Honey
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 500g Sushi Rice - Tasty & Healthy, Product Of Japan
- 250 g Cucumber
- 400 G Pickled Raddish Kyushunousan Takuan
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 100 g Til
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- Pack of 10 Yaki Sushi Nori Seaweed Sheet
- - Rice Vinegar
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 500 G Cooking Sauce Kewpie Mayonnaise
- - Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Sriracha Extra Hot Chilli Sauce 430ml
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the miso glaze by mixing miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Brush the salmon fillet with the miso glaze and let it marinate for 15 minutes while you prepare other ingredients.
- 3. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled texture, then transfer to cold water, peel, and set aside.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and sear the marinated salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and caramelized. Remove from heat and let rest.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo drizzle.
