- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 1.8 Ltr Sakura Hon Mirin Cooking Vinegar
- 50 g Honey
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Rice Vinegar
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 100 g Til
- 100 g Cornflour
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 250 g Cucumber
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red chili flakes to create the teriyaki marinade. Mix well until the honey dissolves.
- 2. Add the cubed tuna to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
