  • 1 Kg Indian Salmon (Rawas) Fish
  • 250 g Jasmine Rice
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 100 g Til
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 500ml Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce
  • 1.8 Ltr Sakura Hon Mirin Cooking Vinegar
  • 500 g Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and keep warm.
  2. 2. In a small pan, combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat over medium flame, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
  3. 3. Season the salmon fillets lightly with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden. Brush the teriyaki sauce generously onto the salmon during the last minute of cooking.
