- 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Shiitake Mushrooms
- 100 g Til
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

- 100 g Garlic
- 500 g Onion
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a medium-sized pot over medium heat. Add asafoetida and sauté briefly for aromatic flavor.
- 2. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 3. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the miso paste and tamari until fully dissolved.
- 4. Add the cubed tofu and spinach leaves to the pot and cook for another 4-5 minutes, allowing the spinach to wilt and the tofu to warm through.
