  • 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 500 g Weikfield Chef'S Basket Durum Wheat Elbow Domestic Pasta
  • 50 g X 3 Milagro Farm Smoked Paprika Combo

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add a handful of baby spinach. Sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the spinach from the skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, sprinkle a pinch of smoked paprika and stir for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
  4. 4. Add the sautéed spinach back to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, cook 1 lb of elbow pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
  6. 6. Add the spinach mixture to the cooked elbow pasta. Toss well to combine.
  7. 7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated cheese over the pasta and mix gently until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
  8. 8. Serve warm with a side of tossed garden salad and crispy garlic bread for a complete meal.
