A comforting pasta dish featuring ditalini, sweet peas, and crispy turkey bacon, all brought together with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Perfect for a hearty and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 500 g Weikfield Chef'S Basket Durum Wheat Elbow Domestic Pasta
- 50 g X 3 Milagro Farm Smoked Paprika Combo
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add a handful of baby spinach. Sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- 2. Remove the spinach from the skillet and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, sprinkle a pinch of smoked paprika and stir for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 4. Add the sautéed spinach back to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- 5. Meanwhile, cook 1 lb of elbow pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
- 6. Add the spinach mixture to the cooked elbow pasta. Toss well to combine.
- 7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated cheese over the pasta and mix gently until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
- 8. Serve warm with a side of tossed garden salad and crispy garlic bread for a complete meal.
