Ingredients

  • 500G Gustora Spaghetti Pasta
  • 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
  • 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes
  • 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 1 Combo True Elements Raw Chia Seeds & Basil Seeds Raw
  • 1 Kg Shinnuk / Clams (If Shellfish)
  • 250 g Gadre Marine Surimi Crab Claw Amritsari
  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. 2. Cook 250 g of spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 can of clams (drained), 1 can of baby shrimp (drained), 1 can of crabmeat (drained), 2 cups of tomato puree, 2 ounces of grated parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds mixed with 6 tablespoons of water. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seafood mixture.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, adjusting to taste.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pie plate, spreading it out evenly.
  7. 7. Pour the remaining 2 cups of tomato puree over the top and sprinkle with the remaining 2 ounces of grated parmesan cheese.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
