A comforting baked pasta dish with a Jain-friendly twist, featuring a cheesy herb layer and a tangy tomato layer, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 1 pack (850 g) Kissan No-Onion No-Garlic Tomato Sauce
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cook 500 g pasta twists in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Divide the cooked pasta evenly into two casserole dishes.
  4. 4. In the first dish, mix 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp dried oregano, and the pasta. Sprinkle 200 g shredded cheese on top and dot with 100 g olive oil.
  5. 5. In the second dish, mix 300 ml tomato-based pasta sauce with the pasta. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste. Dot with 100 g olive oil.
  6. 6. Place both casserole dishes in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese in the first dish is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Jain-friendly baked pasta delight!
