A comforting baked pasta dish with a Jain-friendly twist, featuring a cheesy herb layer and a tangy tomato layer, perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (850 g) Kissan No-Onion No-Garlic Tomato Sauce
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cook 500 g pasta twists in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Divide the cooked pasta evenly into two casserole dishes.
- 4. In the first dish, mix 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp dried oregano, and the pasta. Sprinkle 200 g shredded cheese on top and dot with 100 g olive oil.
- 5. In the second dish, mix 300 ml tomato-based pasta sauce with the pasta. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste. Dot with 100 g olive oil.
- 6. Place both casserole dishes in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese in the first dish is melted and bubbly.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Jain-friendly baked pasta delight!
