Ingredients

  • 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
  • 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
  • 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
  • 200 g Fresh To Home Paneer
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
  • 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup chopped spinach, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 tsp garlic salt, and 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese. Mix well to form a cohesive filling.
  2. 2. Lay out thin slices of paneer or tofu on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of the spinach mixture evenly over each slice.
  3. 3. Roll each slice tightly, as you would for a jelly roll, and secure with wooden picks to hold the shape.
  4. 4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the rolls in the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the rolls from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 chopped tomato, and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Return the rolls to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. 7. Serve the spinach rolls hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
