Ingredients

  • 125 g Cremini Mushroom
  • 1 ltr Mother Dairy Toned Milk
  • 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
  • 75 g On1Y Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Dip 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms in 1/4 cup of milk, then coat them with a mixture of 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of pepper.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, quickly brown the breaded mushrooms on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and place them in a baking dish.
  5. 5. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce to the skillet and heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine the flavors.
  6. 6. Pour the heated tomato sauce over the mushrooms in the baking dish, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  7. 7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the dish from the oven, uncover, and sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  9. 9. Let the dish stand, covered, for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt before serving.
