Ingredients
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
- 200 g Organigram Chia Seeds
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Beat 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in a bowl with 9 tablespoons of water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Dip vegetarian cutlets into the chia seed mixture, then coat them evenly with 1 cup of bread crumbs.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the breaded cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
- 5. Place the fried cutlets in a baking dish and pour 1 cup of tomato sauce evenly over them.
- 6. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup of cooked peas over the cutlets.
- 7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- 8. Remove from the oven and serve hot for a delicious dinner.
