  • 250 g Spinach
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500Ml Gaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
  • 20 g Oregano
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 1 l Rice Bran Oil
  • - Besan
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the boiled chickpeas until they form a coarse paste, leaving a few chunks for texture.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped spinach, capsicum, tomatoes, coriander leaves, -free breadcrumbs, chickpea flour, dried oregano, chili flakes, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, hing, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into bite-sized patties or round balls.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of oil for shallow frying.
