- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500Ml Gaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
- 20 g Oregano
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 1 l Rice Bran Oil
- - Besan
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the boiled chickpeas until they form a coarse paste, leaving a few chunks for texture.
- 2. Add the finely chopped spinach, capsicum, tomatoes, coriander leaves, -free breadcrumbs, chickpea flour, dried oregano, chili flakes, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, hing, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
- 3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into bite-sized patties or round balls.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of oil for shallow frying.
- 5. Place the patties or balls on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crisp. Flip gently to avoid breaking.
