Ingredients
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 900 g - 1 kg Onion
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- 4. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of sugar, stirring well. Let the mixture simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Turn off the heat and season with 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
