- 2.4 Kg Ottogi Korean Vermicelli 오뚜기 알뜰당면 2.4Kg(업소용)
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
- 1 ltr Nestle A+ Slim Skimmed Milk
- 680 g Ragu Mushroom And Green Pepper Pasta Sauce
- 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 pound of fresh spinach and sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until wilted.
- 2. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1 cup of ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup of skim milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook gently until the mixture is heated through, but do not allow it to boil.
- 3. In a separate small pan, simmer 1 cup of pasta sauce over low heat until warmed through.
- 4. Cook 8 ounces of vermicelli according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta well.
- 5. Combine the cooked vermicelli with the warmed pasta sauce. Serve the pasta topped with the spinach and ricotta mixture, and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the top.
