Ingredients

  • 2.4 Kg Ottogi Korean Vermicelli 오뚜기 알뜰당면 2.4Kg(업소용)
  • 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
  • 1 ltr Nestle A+ Slim Skimmed Milk
  • 680 g Ragu Mushroom And Green Pepper Pasta Sauce
  • 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 g Baby Spinach
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 pound of fresh spinach and sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until wilted.
  2. 2. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1 cup of ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup of skim milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook gently until the mixture is heated through, but do not allow it to boil.
  3. 3. In a separate small pan, simmer 1 cup of pasta sauce over low heat until warmed through.
  4. 4. Cook 8 ounces of vermicelli according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta well.
  5. 5. Combine the cooked vermicelli with the warmed pasta sauce. Serve the pasta topped with the spinach and ricotta mixture, and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the top.
