Ingredients
- 5Ltr Vittorio Pomace Olive Oil
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 750 g Dabur 100 % Pure Honey (Refill Pouch)
- 100 g Premium Green Chilli
- 500g to 700g Turkey
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 50 g Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 150 g Cadbury Cocoa Powder Mix
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
- 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon & Broth Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup olive oil over medium heat. Add 500 g ground turkey, 1 diced onion, and 3 minced garlic cloves. Cook until the turkey is browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Stir in 1/3 cup chili powder, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
- 3. Transfer the turkey mixture to a crock-pot. Add 8 oz diced tomatoes, 1 cup tomato sauce, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp honey, 1 diced green chili, and 2 crumbled beef bouillon cubes.
- 4. Stir everything together in the crock-pot until well combined. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful turkey chili.
