Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 100 g Broccoli Florets
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Raisin Golden | Kismish
  • 500 G Reggia Linguni
  • 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 80 g Keya Foods Grinder Rock Salt Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of unsalted water to a boil. Add 4 cups of broccoli florets and cook until just tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water, then set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add 4 chopped tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of golden raisins, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped nuts. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
  5. 5. Skip cooking linguine. Instead, use the cooked broccoli as the base for the dish.
  6. 6. Add the cooked broccoli to the tomato mixture and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve the broccoli and tomato sauce mixture as a warm dish, ensuring the flavors are evenly combined.
  8. 8. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and serve warm.
