- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Raisin Golden | Kismish
- 500 G Reggia Linguni
- 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 80 g Keya Foods Grinder Rock Salt Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of unsalted water to a boil. Add 4 cups of broccoli florets and cook until just tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water, then set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3. Add 4 chopped tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of golden raisins, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped nuts. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 5. Skip cooking linguine. Instead, use the cooked broccoli as the base for the dish.
- 6. Add the cooked broccoli to the tomato mixture and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Serve the broccoli and tomato sauce mixture as a warm dish, ensuring the flavors are evenly combined.
- 8. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and serve warm.
