Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Table Brown Brown Eggs
  • 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 400 g Urban Platter Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 10 g Fresh Thyme
  • 100 g Baby Spinach
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Defrost 2 packages of frozen spinach and squeeze out all the excess water to ensure a dry mixture.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat 5 eggs until well combined.
  3. 3. Add the drained spinach, 2 cups of herb-seasoned breadcrumbs, 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 finely chopped onion, 3/4 cup of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of thyme to the eggs. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up.
