Ingredients
- 6 pcs Table Brown Brown Eggs
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 400 g Urban Platter Panko Breadcrumbs
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 10 g Fresh Thyme
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
Instructions
- 1. Defrost 2 packages of frozen spinach and squeeze out all the excess water to ensure a dry mixture.
- 2. In a large bowl, beat 5 eggs until well combined.
- 3. Add the drained spinach, 2 cups of herb-seasoned breadcrumbs, 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 finely chopped onion, 3/4 cup of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of thyme to the eggs. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up.
- 5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 6. Take one tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture, spacing the balls slightly apart.
