- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a 4-quart saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.
- 2. Stir in 4 cups of chopped tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Mix well to combine.
- 3. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Pour in 1 1/2 cups of water and stir to incorporate all ingredients.
