Ingredients

- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 13 g Catch Basil Flakes - 100% Freeze Dried Herbs
- 50 g Basil
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 1 pack (50 g) Tmi Colman Tezpatta Bay Leaves
- 1 kg Simply Staples Mineral Rich Sea Salt
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/2 cup oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 4 chopped onions, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 2 diced green peppers. Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Add 16 pounds of chopped fresh tomatoes and 2 cans of tomato sauce to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- 3. Season the mixture with 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons basil, 2 tablespoons sea salt, 2 teaspoons basil, 3/4 teaspoon paprika, and 2 bay leaves. Stir thoroughly.
- 4. Bring the sauce to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 5. Remove the bay leaves from the sauce and discard them. Serve the sauce hot over your favorite Halal-certified pasta or freeze it in airtight containers for later use.
