- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Stir in 2 cans of tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the paste to caramelize slightly.
- 3. Add 8 cans of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of dried oregano, 1 tablespoon of dried basil, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 3/4 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Using one of the empty tomato paste cans, add 4 cans of water to the pot. Stir to incorporate.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer uncovered for 3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. After 1 hour of cooking, stir in 1/2 cup of grated Italian cheese. Continue to simmer for the remaining time.
- 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve the sauce hot over your favorite pasta or use it as a base for other dishes.
