- 2.4 Kg Ottogi Korean Vermicelli 오뚜기 알뜰당면 2.4Kg(업소용)
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
- 1 ltr Mother Dairy Toned Milk
- 680 g Ragu Mushroom And Green Pepper Pasta Sauce
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 pound of fresh spinach and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until wilted.
- 2. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, 1 cup of ricotta cheese, and 1/4 cup of milk. Cook gently until the mixture is heated through, but do not allow it to boil.
- 3. In a separate small pan, pour 1 cup of pasta sauce and simmer over low heat until warmed through.
- 4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 8 ounces of vermicelli and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta well.
- 5. Combine the cooked vermicelli with the warmed pasta sauce. Serve the pasta topped with the creamy spinach mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
