- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pack (500 g) Milky Mist Shredded Mozzarella Pizza Cheese
- 200 g Organigram Chia Seeds
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 50 g On1Y Garlic Powder
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of chia seeds with 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- 3. Add cooked spaghetti to the egg mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- 4. Transfer the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
- 5. Remove the dish from the oven and spread 30 oz of tomato sauce evenly over the baked spaghetti base.
- 6. Sprinkle 8 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by 1 cup of sliced mushrooms.
- 7. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
