A hearty and flavorful dinner dish featuring tender baked cauliflower florets smothered in a rich tomato basil sauce, topped with crispy breadcrumbs and melted cheeses. Perfect for an eggetarian meal solution.
Ingredients
- 200 g Cauliflower Florets
- 460 ml Bertolli Dress & Drizz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Combo Basil Pasta Sauce & Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 200 g Milky Mist Cheddar Cheese
- 990 g Kellogg'S Oats
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 50 g Basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Trim 1 medium cauliflower into small florets and set aside. Lightly grease a deep ovenproof dish with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 3. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup oats and toast until they are golden and fragrant. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
- 4. In a bowl, combine 2 cups tomato pasta sauce with 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil.
- 5. Place the cauliflower florets in the prepared ovenproof dish. Pour the tomato basil sauce evenly over the cauliflower.
- 6. Sprinkle the toasted oats over the sauce-covered cauliflower, followed by 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender, the cheese is melted, and the top is golden brown.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as a satisfying dinner option.
