  • 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 pack (500 g) Milky Mist Shredded Mozzarella Pizza Cheese
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped
  • 390 g The Gourmet Jar Classic Pizza Sauce
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 3/4-quart baking dish and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of toasted wheat germ evenly over the bottom; set aside.
  2. 2. Cook 4 ounces of spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and immediately stir in 1 tablespoon of melted margarine while the spaghetti is still hot.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, beat 1 egg and mix it into the spaghetti along with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Press this mixture into the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  4. 4. In another small bowl, beat the remaining egg. Drain 3/4 cup of cream-style cottage cheese and mix it with the beaten egg and the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Spread this mixture evenly over the spaghetti crust.
  5. 5. In a medium bowl, combine 8 ounces of pizza sauce, 1/2 cup of shredded carrot, 2 1/2 ounces of chopped mushroom stems, 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Spread this sauce mixture over the cottage cheese layer.
  6. 6. Bake the dish, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. 7. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Let it stand for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and the dish to set before serving.
