  • 200 G Tomato Cherry(200 Gm)
  • 250 G Capsicum (250Gm)
  • - Basil Leaves
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 20 g Oregano
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Thyme Leaves
  • - Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  2. 2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and sauté until lightly browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. 3. Whisk the eggs with milk, Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until fully combined.
  4. 4. Add cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, and basil leaves to the skillet with the cooked chicken. Stir gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
  5. 5. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the frittata is fully set and golden brown on top.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, and slice into wedges. Serve warm with a side of fresh salad or crusty bread.
