Ingredients
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 10 pcs Prawns
- - Borges Spaghetti Pasta - 500g
- - Olive Oil
- - Italian Seasoning - 50g
- - Fresh Cream
- - Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Garlic
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the prawns, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Sauté the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
- 4. Add the red chili flakes and Italian seasoning to the skillet, stirring well. Pour in the fresh cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- 5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 6. Return the cooked prawns to the skillet and toss them in the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and gently mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
- 7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your Tuscan Garlic Butter Prawn Pasta with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.
