Ingredients

  • 50 g Parsley Leaves
  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • - Borges Spaghetti Pasta - 500g
  • - Olive Oil
  • - Italian Seasoning - 50g
  • - Fresh Cream
  • - Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the prawns, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Sauté the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
  4. 4. Add the red chili flakes and Italian seasoning to the skillet, stirring well. Pour in the fresh cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. 5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Return the cooked prawns to the skillet and toss them in the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and gently mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  7. 7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your Tuscan Garlic Butter Prawn Pasta with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.
