- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Gradually add yogurt and mix to form a smooth batter, ensuring no lumps remain.
- 2. Add the chopped tomato, onion, green chili, bell pepper, and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well to evenly distribute the vegetables.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a teaspoon of oil.
- 4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
- 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly as needed.
