Ingredients
- 200 g Peeled Sambhar Onion By Urban Harvest
- 850 g Chef'S Basket Macaroni Pasta| Durum Wheat Semolina|Rich In Protein & Fiber|Non-Sticky Healthy Pasta
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 500g to 700g Turkey
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large soup kettle over medium heat.
- 2. Add 2 pounds of fresh ground turkey to the hot oil and cook, stirring frequently, until the turkey is browned and no pink remains.
- 3. Stir in 1 1/3 cups of chopped onion and 1 chopped Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
- 4. Pour in 2 cans of low-salt broth and cover the pot. Simmer until the onions and bell pepper are tender, about 10 minutes.
- 5. Carefully drain the mixture into a large bowl, reserving the liquid.
- 6. Return the reserved liquid to the pot and bring it to a boil. If needed, add additional water to ensure there is enough to cook the pasta.
- 7. Add 7 ounces of macaroni to the boiling liquid and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add additional water if necessary.
- 8. Once the macaroni is cooked, return the turkey, onion, and bell pepper mixture to the pot. Stir in 3 cups of spaghetti sauce, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of garlic salt.
- 9. Mix everything thoroughly and let the chili macaroni simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 10. Serve hot and enjoy. This dish can also be portioned and frozen for later meals.
