  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large soup kettle over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 2 pounds of fresh ground turkey to the hot oil and cook, stirring frequently, until the turkey is browned and no pink remains.
  3. 3. Stir in 1 1/3 cups of chopped onion and 1 chopped Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
  4. 4. Pour in 2 cans of low-salt broth and cover the pot. Simmer until the onions and bell pepper are tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Carefully drain the mixture into a large bowl, reserving the liquid.
  6. 6. Return the reserved liquid to the pot and bring it to a boil. If needed, add additional water to ensure there is enough to cook the pasta.
  7. 7. Add 7 ounces of macaroni to the boiling liquid and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add additional water if necessary.
  8. 8. Once the macaroni is cooked, return the turkey, onion, and bell pepper mixture to the pot. Stir in 3 cups of spaghetti sauce, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of garlic salt.
  9. 9. Mix everything thoroughly and let the chili macaroni simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  10. 10. Serve hot and enjoy. This dish can also be portioned and frozen for later meals.
