Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tbsp oil. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
  3. Stir in grated carrot, green peas, bell pepper, and tomato. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add garam masala and coriander leaves to the vegetable mix. Stir well and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle. Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) until light brown spots appear, brushing with butter or ghee if desired.
  6. Spread 1 tbsp yogurt on each paratha. Place a portion of the vegetable filling in the center and roll into a wrap.
  7. Serve the wraps warm, optionally accompanied by extra yogurt.
