- 500 g Suji
- 100 G Cashews / Kaju 100 G
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 100 g Raisins
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 G Coconut Powder
- Loose Cardamom
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix together elite roasted rava (1 kg) with coconut powder (20 g) and cardamom powder for flavor.
- 2. Slowly add water to the mixture, stirring continuously until a smooth batter is formed.
- 3. Heat a small amount of sunny soya fit refined soyabean oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan to form a small circular shape. Cook until the edges start browning slightly.
- 5. Flip the pitha and cook the other side until golden brown.
- 6. In another pan, lightly toast wonderland foods premium California almonds (100 g) and raw cashews (100 g) until fragrant. Set aside.
- 7. In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté raisins (kishmish) until they puff up. Combine them with the toasted nuts.
- 8. Sprinkle the nut and raisin mixture over each pitha, adding a touch of madhur sugar to taste.
