  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Frozen Peas
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yogurt, salt, and 1 tbsp oil. Knead into a soft, pliable dough and let it rest for 20 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add ginger paste, green chili, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add cabbage, carrots, and boiled peas to the pan. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in garam masala and fresh coriander leaves, then let the mixture cool completely.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small disc. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center, fold the edges to seal, and roll gently into a paratha.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet and cook each paratha on medium heat, applying ghee or butter on both sides, until golden brown and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
