Sambar Onion and Green Bean Bake recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 kg Supreme Harvest Palakkadan Boiled Rice
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 125 g Cremini Mushroom
  • 250 g French Beans - 250 G
  • 50G Suhana Meatmutton
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook and stir 1 diced Sambar onion over medium heat until softened and fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in 1 cup of cooked French beans, 1 diced green capsicum, 1 diced stalk of celery, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 tsp of Tata salt, and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover it with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.
