- 500 g Jaggery Powder
- 500G Surya Rice Flour
- 200 g Table Salt
- 100 G Coconut Powder
- Loose Cardamom
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of Vijay rice flour with 1 tablespoon of Tata Salt and gradually add Amul Taaza Fresh Toned Milk to form a smooth batter.
- 2. In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of water, add 1/4 cup of Organic Tattva Jaggery Powder, and stir until the jaggery melts completely.
- 3. Add 1 cup of coconut powder and 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the melted jaggery, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens slightly. Set aside.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and ladle a small amount of the rice flour batter, spreading it out thinly like a crepe.
- 5. Cook the crepe on medium heat for about 30-40 seconds on each side, until it's cooked through.
- 6. Place a spoonful of the coconut-jaggery mixture onto one edge of the crepe, and gently roll the crepe to encase the filling.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and filling, then serve the Patisapta warm or at room temperature, optionally dusted with a sprinkle of Madhur Sugar for added sweetness.
