  • 500G Surya Rice Flour
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 100 G Coconut Powder
  • Loose Cardamom

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of Vijay rice flour with 1 tablespoon of Tata Salt and gradually add Amul Taaza Fresh Toned Milk to form a smooth batter.
  2. 2. In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of water, add 1/4 cup of Organic Tattva Jaggery Powder, and stir until the jaggery melts completely.
  3. 3. Add 1 cup of coconut powder and 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the melted jaggery, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens slightly. Set aside.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and ladle a small amount of the rice flour batter, spreading it out thinly like a crepe.
  5. 5. Cook the crepe on medium heat for about 30-40 seconds on each side, until it's cooked through.
  6. 6. Place a spoonful of the coconut-jaggery mixture onto one edge of the crepe, and gently roll the crepe to encase the filling.
  7. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and filling, then serve the Patisapta warm or at room temperature, optionally dusted with a sprinkle of Madhur Sugar for added sweetness.
