Ingredients
- 100 g Lemon
- 1 l Homogenised Toned Milk
- 100 G Cashews / Kaju 100 G
- 100 Ml Gowardhan Ghee
- 500 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Pour 1 liter of Amul Taaza milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Squeeze the juice of a lemon into the milk and stir gently until the milk curdles.
- 3. Strain the curdled milk to separate the solid curds from the whey using a muslin cloth.
- 4. Place the curds back into the pan and cook on low heat, stirring continuously until moisture reduces.
- 5. Add 200ml of Govind Cow Ghee and 200g of Madhur sugar to the curds and continue stirring over low heat.
- 6. Cook the mixture until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan, forming a dough-like consistency.
- 7. Add chopped Wonderland Foods Premium Raw Cashews and mix thoroughly.
- 8. Grease a tray with some ghee, pour the mixture into it, and spread evenly.
- 9. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- 10. Cut the Milk Cake into squares and enjoy your delicious homemade treat!
