  • 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Dairy Milk
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, allowing them to splutter.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until softened.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
