Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Toned Milk
  • 200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Loose Cardamom
  • 500 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Start by crumbling the 200g of Akshayakalpa Malai Paneer into small pieces in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in the 200g tin of Amul Sweetened Condensed Milk.
  3. 3. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan with the condensed milk and stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Pour 200ml of Amul Homogenised Toned Milk into the pan and continue to stir, ensuring there are no lumps.
  5. 5. Mix in a pinch of Katdare Green Cardamom Powder for flavor and stir well until the mixture thickens.
  6. 6. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Madhur Refined Sugar and mix thoroughly, adjusting according to your sweetness preference.
  7. 7. Keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and is of a thick consistency.
  8. 8. Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
  9. 9. Let it cool down at room temperature before cutting it into squares or diamond shapes.
