Jain-Style Creamy Corn Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 100 g Premium Coriander Leaves Without Roots
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 200 ml Gowardhan Ghee Jar
- 1 pack (900 ml) Daily Good Pure Cow Ghee
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 1 1/2 cups of rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a large pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the rinsed rice, 2 tablespoons of ghee, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir well.
- 3. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the rice cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender and the water is absorbed.
- 4. In a separate pan, heat 1/4 teaspoon of in 1 tablespoon of ghee over low heat. Add 1 cup of creamed corn and stir well to combine.
- 5. Once the rice is cooked, gently fold the creamed corn mixture into the rice. Cover and let it sit on low heat for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Serve the creamy corn rice hot, garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves if desired.
