  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add curry leaves and green chili, sautéing for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they turn soft and mushy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Lower the heat and stir in the yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the masala becomes rich and aromatic.
