- 500 g Sugar
- Pcs Saffron
- Loose Cardamom

- 1. Gather all the ingredients: 1 cup cashew powder, 1 cup grated mawa (khoya), 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon ghee, and a few saffron strands (optional).
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and add 1 tablespoon of ghee. Allow it to melt completely.
- 3. Add the grated mawa to the pan and sauté it for 2-3 minutes until it softens and releases a pleasant aroma.
- 4. Add the cashew powder to the pan and mix well with the mawa. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
