Ingredients

- 500 g Jaggery Powder
- 500 g Rice Flour
- 200 g Table Salt
- Loose Cardamom

- 1. Grate the coconut finely and set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, add the grated coconut, 1 cup of organic jaggery powder, and a pinch of Katdare green cardamom powder.
- 3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the jaggery blends well with the coconut.
- 4. In another bowl, take rice flour (you may need to source separately) and add a pinch of Keya Table Salt.
- 5. Gradually add warm water to the rice flour, kneading it into a soft, non-sticky dough.
- 6. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into thin discs with your hands or using a rolling pin.
- 7. Place a spoonful of the coconut-jaggery filling onto each disc.
- 8. Fold the disc in half to cover the filling and press the edges to seal tightly.
- 9. Steam the prepared dumplings in a steamer for about 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
