Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 g Onion
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 200 g Paneer
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until raw smell disappears.
- 4. Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- 5. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Add 200g paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for 5 minutes until the gravy thickens.
- 8. Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
