Ingredients

  • 250 ml Lemoneez
  • 400 g Chicken Tenders
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 50G Shan Chicken Tikka (50g)
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the marinade by mixing Amul Masti Dahi (200 g) with 2 tablespoons of Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add 1 tablespoon Keya Turmeric Powder, 1 tablespoon Catch Red Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon Everest Cumin Powder, and salt to taste to the yogurt mixture. Mix well to combine.
  3. 3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon using Dabur Hommade Lemoneez and stir it into the marinade.
  4. 4. Optionally, add a few drops of Puramate Liquid Food Colour - Red for a vibrant color.
  5. 5. Crush a small amount of Shree Mace and Eastern Kasuri Methi between your palms and add these to the marinade for additional flavor.
  6. 6. Add 400g of Chicken Tenders to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  7. 7. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Lightly grease the grill with Sunny Soya Fit Refined Soyabean Oil to prevent sticking.
  8. 8. Skewer and grill the marinated chicken pieces for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred.
  9. 9. Just before serving, brush the chicken pieces with melted Amul Pasteurised Butter for added richness.
